Solange Cooley is the founder and president of AG JOBS LLC which she started in 2019. She is originally from Ecuador, South America where she grew up, attended college and began a career in law. In 2007, Solange moved to the United States and became a resident of Willmar, Minnesota. Over her first six years here, she worked directly in some of the roles that she now helps fulfill. Solange then transitioned into an office role in the job staffing industry gaining valuable experience, managing both people and schedules.

Solange is fluent in both English and Spanish allowing her to communicate effectively with both management and workers. Her life experience gives her the ability to understand and relate to the customs and work ethic of long-time Minnesota residents and bridge the gap to translate this message over to those who have immigrated to our wonderful state.
